  Guy who took my booking was off and didn't tell the boss. The boss then assigned all blame to him trying to make himself blameless. Booked in again for an 8am collection. Phone call at 8:09 asking for the address again! Just said sorry for late delivery, no mention of the two bags of ruined food and despite it being their problem still charged for the job. Had another job done that was again 10min + late for collection but at least it was the right day.
